Every country or place has its own language or dialect. Like here in Philippines, we used to speak in Filipino Language. But then we have our own dialect in our Region, were not really using Filipino instead we use Ilokano and because we are already used of in speaking Ilokano dialect.
As Filipino, we should used our own National Language for us to be fluent in this language and for us to understand each other. If you used this language, they could easily determined that we are Filipino, that we come from the country Philippines.
Philippines is now going global. So we should also learn to speak in English, it is the international language. To be a good speaker of this language, we should use it everyday.
